John joined TracMap in 2017, having worked in the tech industry for 13 years and as a University Lecturer before that. While CTO at ADInstruments, John was responsible for the R&D division of over 40 development staff, with a product range including both Software as a Service and a variety of hardware devices designed and built in-house.
John is passionate about creating the best solutions for customers and the vision, strategy and execution to achieve that. He brings a range of experience across leadership and technology, building high performance teams and driving large, innovative projects to a great outcome with a rapid return on investment.

Leon has 15+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer and Engineering Manager across a broad range of domains including Manufacturing, FinTech, Telecommunications and Games.
Before joining TracMap Leon has spent the last 10 years working in the Melbourne Tech Industry.
Leon has a deep knowledge of building high-performance engineering teams and is passionate about building innovative and groundbreaking software solutions that delight customers.

Morgan has more than 10 years’ experience in Customer focused industries, and moved from Wellington to join TracMap at the beginning of 2021.
During previous roles, Morgan was responsible for executing change initiatives, planning and implementing process enhancements, and building a customer-centric environment to better the overall customer experience.
Morgan is committed to continuously advancing TracMap’s customer focus, and is passionate about building a team culture where the customer is at the forefront of all decisions.
